For me, Integration Psychotherapy is about working with the whole person — mind, body, heart, and soul — in a way that feels grounded, respectful, and deeply human.

It draws on a wide tapestry of influences: body-based awareness, modern psychology, therapeutic traditions, and perspectives that honour the deeper, more expansive aspects of human experience. This includes moments of insight, connection, or meaning that can’t always be explained — but are felt deeply and can shape how we live.

Rather than applying a fixed method, I respond to what you bring, weaving together approaches that meet you where you are in each moment.

This work is as much about bringing together the different parts of yourself as it is about integrating the ways we work. Over time, we explore how your thoughts, feelings, bodily experiences, and deeper sense of self can come into conversation with one another — creating more coherence, resilience, and ease.
