At Nurtured Self Therapies, healing begins with connection — to the body, to breath, to the deeper parts of ourselves that so often get left behind in everyday life.

Founded from a belief in the body’s innate wisdom, Nurtured Self Therapies offers a gentle, integrative space for restoration and growth. Whether you come for psychotherapy, aromatherapy, yoga or a retreat, each offering is rooted in the same intention: to support you in returning to yourself with care and curiosity.

My Approach

As an Integration Psychotherapist, I understand how the body responds to pressure, trauma and stress. My work is held by a foundation of somatic enquiry — a process of listening to the body’s signals and allowing them to guide the therapeutic journey. I support people to integrate experiences, regulate the nervous system, and rediscover a sense of wholeness.

I draw from a wide range of practices — talking therapy, mindfulness, visualisation, breathwork and gentle movement — to meet what is present and needed. This is a collaborative, compassionate space where all parts of you are welcome.

A Blend of Therapeutic Offerings

Alongside psychotherapy, I offer bespoke aromatherapy and aromatherapy massage, using high-quality essential oils to support emotional balance, rest and regulation. I also work as a Tropic Ambassador, sharing natural, ethically sourced skincare that honours the body and its rhythms.

To deepen connection and self-awareness, I run seasonal retreats and therapeutic yoga sessions — spaces to rest, move, explore, and return to yourself.
